for you to use. You have the possibility to change the options for each engine to adjust its behaviour. Using our special

Upload Cost Preview
Before the markers are actually sent to automarker.com, the applet will ask
our servers how much the job will cost. You can review the cost
and decide whether to proceed or not. At any time while the markers
are being sent, you can abort the process by clicking the cancel
button which will appear. No charge will be made if you cancel at
this stage.

The Status Page
On this page you will see a list of all the markers you have sent, with their current status. By default, the list only
displays the markers sent today and yesterday, but you can change this to almost any period of time, up to entire years!
A marker can be in a number of different states:
| Queued | These are markers waiting to be processed. You can remove the marker in this state without being charged for it. |
| Calculating | Calculating markers are being processed by our marking servers. You can click the preview button to watch the marker as it is marked. |
| Ready | Once a marker has been processed, it becomes ready. You can now preview the marker, look at the statistics for the marker, or download it. |
| Downloaded | This simply indicates that you have already downloaded the marker. You can still perform all the actions available for a ready marker. |
| Error | In very rare circumstances, an error may occur while processing the marker. If we are able to rectify this from our side, we will correct the problem and recalculate the marker at no extra charge. If there is a fault in the marker file, we may be unable to help. Use the details button to get a description of the error, and forward the details to technical support to see if we can help. |
Individual jobs are given a unique number (see the "Job" column). To select
all of the markers in the job, click the check box to its left.
You can then preview, download, or remove the markers in one go
using the buttons at the top and bottom of the table.
