Order optimization: Structured laying, marker management and data conversion

Rubberband: During the automatic creation of markers, “Rubberband” offers lots of flexible scope when the gaps between pieces are being processed. Just as in manual placement, a tolerance area is defined, more like a rubber band than inflexible rules. The gaps between pieces can thus be individually adjusted.
Definition of quality zones in the outer fabric: Simpler sorting at the cutter, because vertical and horizontal color gradients in the outer fabric are taken into account.
Automatic creation of fixing blocks: Pieces to be fitted with an interlining can be grouped together. This increases the efficiency of the next work step.
Structured matching of plaids and stripes: Matching of pieces in accordance with specific laying rules in order to adhere to the design.

Uploading markers: our File Selector enables comfortable uploading directly from the CAD software. The uploaded pictures can be viewed on the Status page.·
Status: During the automated placing process, the current interim status can be seen in the "Preview Mode" area. The Preview is refreshed regularly.
Output: Export and conversion into all popular plotter/cutter/CAD formats or as a PDF with zoom function.
